1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is ION, a division of Boards & More GmbH, Rabach 1, 4591 Molln, Austria (hereinafter referred to as the"Organizer").

2. Giveaway Website

The giveaway is offered on the Organizer's website:

3. Participation

To enter the giveaway, participants must successfully complete and submit the registration form provided on the Organizer's website. Participants must provide accurate and complete information and accept these Terms & Conditions.

Participants are required to provide their first name and email address for the administration of the giveaway and notification in the event of winning.

Participation in the giveaway is not conditional upon subscribing to the ION newsletter or consenting to marketing communications.

Participants may separately and voluntarily consent to receiving the ION newsletter and other marketing communications by email. Such consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future, for example by using the unsubscribe link included in each marketing email.

4. Personal Data

Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.

Personal data provided in connection with the giveaway will be processed for the purpose of administering the giveaway, determining and contacting the winner and, where applicable, delivering the prize.

The winner may be asked to provide additional information, such as a delivery address and product size, where necessary for the delivery of the prize.

5. Giveaway Period and Prize

The giveaway ends on November 22nd, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CET. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the end of the giveaway.

The prize package consists of:

• one (1) ION wetsuit of choice;

• one (1) pair of ION neoprene gloves;

• one (1) pair of ION neoprene shoes; and

• one (1) ION Storm Coat of choice.

Product and model selection is subject to availability.

6. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or over.

The giveaway is open worldwide, provided that participation in such a giveaway is permitted under the laws applicable at the participant's place of residence and that the Organizer is legally permitted to deliver the prize to the relevant country.

The Organizer reserves the right to request reasonable proof of age and/or eligibility. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in disqualification.

7. Multiple Entries

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, including entries using different email addresses, are not allowed.

8. Technical Issues and Changes to the Giveaway

The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues outside its reasonable control that may temporarily prevent or restrict access to the giveaway.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or extend the giveaway where circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control make this necessary or where the proper conduct of the giveaway can no longer be guaranteed.

Any material changes will be communicated appropriately on the giveaway website.

9. Excluded Participants

Employees of the Organizer and of Boards & More GmbH, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

10. Prohibited Participation

Participation through third-party services, including lottery entry services, sweepstakes clubs or automated participation through bots or comparable automated systems, is prohibited.

11. Legal Recourse

Legal recourse regarding the selection of the winner is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory rights of participants remain unaffected.

12. Disqualification and Prize Delivery

Any attempt to improperly influence the giveaway or the equal opportunities of participants, including through technical manipulation, multiple entries, the submission of false personal information or comparable serious violations of these Terms & Conditions, may result in disqualification. Where appropriate, disqualification may also take place retrospectively.

The winner will be notified using the email address provided when entering the giveaway.

The prize will be shipped to the winner by the Organizer or a third party designated by Boards & More GmbH via courier, parcel service or postal delivery to an address provided by the winner.

Delivery of the prize is free of charge. The place of performance remains the registered office of Boards & More GmbH.

Prize models, sizes and colors are subject to availability. If the selected model, size or color is no longer available, the Organizer may provide a comparable alternative model, size or color variant.

Cash payment of the prize or exchange for another prize is not permitted.
