A local dealer will have the connections to help you get sponsorship if you are good enough. It also helps if you have a resume of contest results, other possible sponsors and a video of your riding to send to the dealer in your country. Order Processing and Shipping Time
USA Shipments:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and you will receive an order confirmation via email. We process and ship quickly to anywhere in the USA. USA orders will ship promptly from one of our warehouses, usually within 1-3 business days of order receipt. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email including the tracking number.
Canada Shipments:
Brokerage and shipping is included in the flat rate. Orders will ship within 1-3 days, please allow for extra shipping time as international shipments can experience delays. Order confirmations and the packing slip will show in US dollars, but your credit card company will convert to Canadian dollars on your credit card statement.

Simply select the products you want and add them to your cart. Review your cart before checking out. Confirm your order and choose your payment method. After you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email (please also check your spam folder).
Yes, you can. When you register, you will see an overview of your order transactions under "My Orders". You can find the order number on your order confirmation.

As we aim to process orders swiftly, they are dispatched from our warehouse immediately and, unfortunately, cannot be canceled. However, you have 30 days to return your order for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer gift vouchers.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your order once it has been placed. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return it and order the correct item.
Return Shipment
You ordered something from our online store and it doesn't fit? No problem - you can return your products in their original condition within 30 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.

We do offer free returns, without any handling fees, however you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your purchased item back to our warehouse. Our goal is to reduce the environmental impact by avoiding the practice of ordering multiple sizes of a product only to return most of them. We provide detailed product information, specifications, size charts, and sizing guides to help you make the right choice. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team.

WARRANTY CLAIM
Your order is damaged or faulty? Even with the greatest care, mistakes can happen.

Important: If you purchased your product from a local retailer, please contact the retailer directly for warranty service.
If you notice that the package is damaged while the delivery driver is present, ask them to record the damage. If the delivery driver has already departed, take photos of the package before opening it. Next, carefully open the package to check whether the products inside are also damaged. If they are not, there's no need for further action, and you may enjoy your products. However, if there is damage to the items, please reach out to us through the contact form, selecting 'Warranty' as the subject. Remember to keep the packaging, as it may be required for the claim process. We will address the issue promptly and follow up with you.
