The 100% recycled 3 layer fabric guarantees to keep you dry through a membrane that keeps water out but still guarantees breathability.

To be as sustainable as possible we use a environmentaly-friendly C0 DWR finish. This means it contains no harmful fluor carbon. A Durable Water Repellency lets water roll off off your jacket & prevents the outer layer from absorbing liquids.

After usage in the outdoors the DWR can wear off over time. Don't worry if your outer garment absorbs water. Due to the membrane that is sandwiched inside the layers, you should still stay dry. Nevertheless, this is a sign that it's time to refresh your DWR.

First you can try to reactivate your DWR by applying heat. Put your garment in the dryer for 20-30 minutes on low heat or gently iron on the lowest heat level with a cloth between your garment and the iron.

If the fabric still absorbs water from the outside you can use special treatments like Nikwax TX.Direct® Wash-In to reimpregnate your garment.
