1. Organiser

The organiser of this raffle is ION Products (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser"), a division of Boards & More GmbH, Rabach 1, 4591 Molln, Austria.

2. Raffle Platform

The raffle is promoted during the SheKites events via a Welcome Card received by participants in their Welcome Goodie Bag, it displays an QR-Code directing participants to the entry form. The actual entry and sign-up take place on the official website of the Organiser:

3. Entry Process

To enter the raffle, participants must complete the sign-up form via the provided link. Participation requires providing a first name and a valid email address, which subscribes the entrant to the ION newsletter.

By submitting the form, participants confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Participants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. However, unsubscribing before the raffle concludes may result in disqualification.

4. Eligibility

• Participation is open to SheKites participants.

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• The Organiser reserves the right to verify the participant’s age and identity. Non-compliance will result in disqualification.

• Employees of Boards & More GmbH and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

• Participation via bots, sweepstake clubs, or automated services is strictly prohibited.

• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries using different email addresses or aliases will result in disqualification.

5. Raffle Period

The raffle runs from December 6, 2025 to March 15, 2026 (23:59 CET).

The winner will be drawn at random and notified by email no later than March 31, 2026.

6. Prizes

The prize is a 200€ Online Shopping Voucher in our EU-Shop, subject to availability. The prize:

• Is non-transferable,

• Cannot be exchanged for cash,

• Cannot be changed by the winner

• Must be redeemed within one order

7. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

The Organiser processes participant data (e.g. email, name, and postal address for the winner) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a & b GDPR.

Data is processed solely for:

• Administering the raffle,

• Newsletter subscription,

• Winner notification and prize dispatch.

Participants can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

No data will be sold or transferred to third parties beyond those involved in administering the raffle.

8. Liability & Legal

• The Organiser accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries.

• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle at any time, especially due to unforeseen technical or legal issues.

• Any attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the raffle will result in disqualification.

• Legal recourse is excluded.
