The all-new K-Pact Zip builds on the long-standing K-Pact line, developed over years of feedback from ION riders and athletes. This latest generation incorporates a Level 2 RE ZRO protector designed to combine impact protection, flexibility and a lightweight construction.

The E-zipper system allows the pads to be put on or taken off without removing shoes, making transitions before, during or after a ride more convenient.

With an ergonomic fit, updated SQlab sizing and a new mesh back panel for improved ventilation, the K-Pact Zip is designed for park laps, enduro rides and everyday trail use.

With Adaptive Sizing by SQlab, the K-Pact Zip is available in sizes S–XL in Short and Tall, allowing riders to choose the fit that best matches their body proportions.
