The SS Amp Protection Shirt protects the back, chest and shoulders (EN 1621-1:2012 / L1). All this while maintaining breathability and a low profile, making it the perfect protective base layer. It comes with extended, removable back protection and flexible chest padding. On the shoulder area, pre-shaped shoulder pads with movement slots were designed to enhance mobility. Highly breathable materials ensure superior wearing comfort, while getting in and out was made easy thanks to a fully open, lateral safe-lock zipper.

Works very well. A everyday protection at the bikepark! Even for Enduro Tours it‘s well suited. Don‘t wanna miss my turtle from ION. Would be nice if it‘s in stock soon again.

Very comfortable

It is quite comfortable, even when cycling for hours. I would like all the protective pads to be removable so that it can dry better. The back and chest protectors are comfortable, but you can feel them causing sweating even at temperatures close to 0°C. I would also like it to offer protection on the lower ribs as well as on the anterior superior iliac crests. Overall, it is quite good, even though I haven’t tried any other similar product.
