The renewed E-Pact elbow pads are designed for heavy-duty performance, offering proven protection for park laps, enduro races, and aggressive trail riding. Building on years of ION athlete feedback, the new E-Pact now features our advanced RE ZRO Level 2 protector—made from biodegradable RE ZRO material, ultra-flexible, and certified for high-impact absorption.

The protector shape was co-developed by ION and SQlab to follow the body’s natural movement on the bike. Combined with an ergonomic fit developed with SQlab’s expertise, it helps keep the elbow pad securely in place without restricting mobility.

The hot-melt-reinforced, abrasion-resistant shell shields against hard knocks and scrapes, while a space mesh panel in the elbow crease keeps airflow high and heat low.
